You need to read the Biology of Human Starvation and the Minnesota Experiment, Ancel Keys proved long ago that when normal weight men went from their natural calorie level of about 3500 cal, down to 1560 cal a day, he showed that Metabolic rate actually dropped by an average of 40% ! this is A LOT. So it actually IS the metabolism causing the stall in fat loss.

  2. So would you say dieting is more important than exercise when looking for results with weightloss? I know exercise is also helpful and even speeds up the process, but how much we consume and get rid of will show more results than anything else you do… is that right?
