  3. I just had the yogurt u make and the tuna with green onions, celery and a little mustard and mayo. Love the tuna! Yogurt was good but I’m not a fruit girl so gonna drop the fruit or maybe less fruit next time! Thanks for all the ideas!

    I've been telling myself that (Every night) since Boxing Day, when I came home from my daughter's house where I had spent Christmas.(Fun but Fattening)
    I had already gained 3lbs before I left for there(??stress).
    Guess What??…I weighed Myself Today…I've lost 6.5 lbs! All from Portion Controlling My meals again…?…and Reciting that Mantra whenever I start to feel myself getting discouraged about the long journey I have ahead(120 lbs).
    My clothes are starting to fit looser too, which is a perk.????
    I'm going to try some of your new Diet Recipes(That burrito looks yummy) and a couple others I've had shared this week.

  14. I am down 5 pounds in a week and a half! I have been putting 1 TBS of my birthday cake protein powder in my cottage cheese and it is delicious! Also having the coffee Frappe. Yum

  20. I don't know what the water situation is where you live, but you guys should consider using a water filter (like a Brita) or bigger water bottles that you could use multiple times. Just piping in because I know there are some other great options instead of single use water bottles 🙂
