  5. We are in day 11 challenge, i can't believe, completed.
    Now i'm waiting to get that newness excersices that you added in today challenge several time.
    Today workout was so more difficult to me becouse normally i do workout without eat nothing, today i was have some cooked protein, that make me to spend more time dealing with the workout, becouse i started thar new excersice i haven't do and i need to do it two or three time. The fist rep is only to tryed and the second or tried is to perfection or quality
