And the slower we takeoff the weight, we put into practice the things that we are learning, it becomes habit, a lifelong change..

  17. Keep yourself busy, so you can forget that you're actually on a 'diet' during the day. The results seem to come more quickly when you focus on other things, and that might help you stay more motivated 🙂
