  1. I have gained and lost weight so many times, I've lost count! Slow and steady is my new approach.

  2. I love your videos. This one was much needed. You are so encouraging and inspiring. I have lost 33lbs since January 1, 2021 and I was feeling like I was moving very slow. However, after I have watched this video I have a different outlook. I appreciate you so much. I have told several individuals to subscribe to your channel. You are so amazing.

  3. I wish more people would think this way and take the time to hear this. Extremely motivating, I love watching your videos. Thank you вќ¤пёЏ

  4. Absolutely true, I have lots of work to do. Thank you Eric. Much appreciated

  5. Here from tik tok and i couldn’t agree more on slow and steady process! I’m not motivated everyday but seeing the scale go down every month is what keeps me going!

  8. You are the only person I trust on the internet you deserve it all man

  9. I need the info, motivation, and insights you offer. One of the main reasons I’m ok with slow and steady weight loss is because of your enlightenment. Thank you. If it seems as if I’m a major fan, that’s because I am. Thank you.

  10. Thanks for the Video. I have been listening to you as if you were a podcast. On my walks or in the car. Its very helpful and I am blessed that I found you. Also, Mom of 3 here so I felt like you were literally talking to me ??

  11. YAAAS! Eric, you consistently review topics I rarely hear about in fitness and health; like mental health WHILE speaking with heart, kindness and humour. Needed to hear all of this. Great video!

  12. Gosh, I needed to hear this! 🙂 Thanks again for making these videos!

  13. Eric this video is outstanding!!!! One of your best! Yes weight loss is easy! I’ve done it so many times! Maintenance is the hard part. Thank you for explaining how it’s possible to do both successfully!!!!

  14. Thank you for this video.. you are correct if we want to keep the weight off forever we need to figure out the lifestyle that we can live with and continue to do forever. And the slower we takeoff the weight, we put into practice the things that we are learning, it becomes habit, a lifelong change..

  15. Man I've been struggling with motivation this video truly helped I was a bit lost thanks as always your video brought me a step forward and maybe tomorrow will be a better day for me!

  16. Once again you hit the nail on the head- “what you do to lose weight will be what you do to keep it off” or something like that! It’s really what we need to do-get those new habits going in our lifestyles, plan your meals, plans what you will do when you go out with friends or family -FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE-it has to be sustainable! I think I will listen to this once a week, maybe more! Thanks Eric, you do help so many people!

  17. Keep yourself busy, so you can forget that you're actually on a 'diet' during the day. The results seem to come more quickly when you focus on other things, and that might help you stay more motivated 🙂
