  5. I would love to be able to eat clean everyday. I would love to shop at Whole Foods, for myself and my kids, to give us the best shot at great health both now and later in life.   8. I am not hard core, but I strive toward a cleaner keto diet to control my diabetes w/o meds. However, I have found a wonderful use for inexpensive vegetable oils. They make GREAT fire starters in my charcoal grill without the petroleum odor of conventional fire starters.

  9. I have a big thing of avocado oil from Costco. Is that a clean keto thing? I just don't like the flavor of olive oil as much – avocado is more neutral.

    I have been keto for 3 years. I would like to get some insight of why I have such cravings for nuts. I do believe I eat clean with mostly meat protein, nuts, berries, some cheese and yogurt. Yet I can not turn away from nuts.

  18. You talk a LOT about Keto for weight loss on your channel, but what about keto for those who aren't in this to lose weight? I have severe reactions to carbs, so follow Keto instead to save myself what I call "pain days". What foods are best for that? You see, I am having a severe issue lately, I can see my ribs, all of them!!! I got protein powder to add to my food, which should help, but what else should I be doing that I am clearly not doing right? How do I use keto and NOT lose weight on it?
