  1. That was cruel. ? Looked easy but I could tell by your maniacal laugh about a “surprise” that it was NOT going to be easy. Then I thought the bear butt kicks were the surprise & felt relieved afterwards for a stretch, but turned out those were the last exercise BEFORE the surprise, haha. I’m so glad I did it. My arms are still shaking!! ??

  7. I have completed all 9 days challenge within 5 days as my daughter is in hospital but I did not make it excuse at come at home and do this workout with other house work .. I am addicted! I feel fresh and energetic after doing your workout routine otherwise feel very restless and lethargic
