  1. Having wathched 100s of videos on wightloss for loosing just 8 to 10 kgs, I have realised that no one is right. Atleast they are not right for everyone. Just bothered about increasing subs. Everyone is blowing there own trumpet of their diets and weigh loss ideas. Many YouTubers thrive on our plight. BUT this girl( pls don’t get offended) I called you girl coz of affection. This Doc is taking sense in a simple and realistic manner. I designed my own diet plan where I don’t eat after 6 PM and two meals per day and no junk. Excercise for 20 min . Iam on track now. Today iam going to unsubscribe all the youtubers I watched to loose weight. I will follow you coz your ideas and tips and advice is very close to what I am doing. Iam glad you are a genuine person.   3. Lunch m oats ke sath salad kaha mam sath m ek bowl moong daal bhi leni hain kya and mam dinner m 1 bowl plain daliya with sabji ya moong daal le sakte h kya 15 days follow krne se kitna weight jyega with evening 40 min exercise?

  7. I m hypothyridism patient and can't exercise more than 10 mins. Pura ghar ka kam and 2 bachho ko sambhalna sab karana hota hai to thak jati hu. I m 31 yrs old and weight 70 kg any suggestion for exercise.? And muje stomach ki problem hai. To me ek choti katori dahi or 1 chammach honey 2 ya 3 time leti hu to mera weight loss nahi hoga?
